All returns / exchanges must be completed within 7 days of purchase and in original condition.

All returns / exchanges will unconditionally have a 15% restocking fee applied.

Please retain receipt and product contents for after sales warranty service.

Writable media, all free to air satellite products, scanners, cables, and ink cartridges are not returnable for exchange or refund.
